Types of membership:  

• Primary/Active Member: Voting member, must hold management position at medical practice specializing in Hematology-Oncology
  
  
• Associate Member: Non-management/non-supervisory staff member of member practice with at least one Primary/Active member. Non-voting member.
  
  
• Corporate Member:
  -          Invitation to attend regular Society meetings
  -          Recognition at annual meeting
  -          Subscription to all Society mailings
  
  
• Corporate Sponsor:
  -          Invitation to attend regular Society meetings
  -          Recognition at annual meeting
  -          Subscription to all Society mailings
  -          A display table at the Annual Meeting/Symposium
  -          Opportunity to interact on the industry advisory             council as requested
